I don’t hear a lot of “YO.” What part of Jersey ?????😋
Lmao Carolyn Levy Licciardi
Some of these are incorrect…. Sorry not sorry.
I agree ^^
Some of this is accurate, but some so NOT. Maybe she’s from North Jersey, There is a difference, you know.
It is hoagie not sub
So true somewhat
Stupid commentary of “girls” from New jersey. I have never said “YO” or used the f word to say how much I love NJ. Whoever put this together overdid it. No need to make NJ girls appear as something less than what they really are . Most of us NJ girls are highly educated , work hard and mind their business. So maybe someone can write another version ??
I ‘m from North Jersey and don’t appreciate this description at all . I don’t know what you were implying , but women from Northern NJ are intelligent, and hard working much like our sisters in South Jersey. So please enlighten me on what you perceive as a difference ??
This must be a north jersey girl! Hoagies all day long
I’m not responding to North Jersey; I’m responding to the posting. I know most of it doesn’t refer to my South Jersey friends, but I don’t know too many people from North Jersey. Maybe there’s a part of NJ that neither of us are familiar with!
FYI – I know this doesn’t describe the people that I know from South
Jersey. I was just wondering who she was referring to. I don’t know too
many people from North Jersey and am not suggesting that they are not
intelligent and hard-working. Maybe she just doesn’t know what she’s
talking about. You think?
LOVE the sub part true. People just get over your self.
Always been a hoagie. The only subs come from subway and their not real hoagies!
North Jersey and South Jersey can’t even agree on what to call Taylor’s pork roll. And your gonna tell me there is no difference between the two ends of the state! Just think about it.
Exactly
No its a hoagie
This is a North Jersey comment. Those of us in South Jersey usually say Hoagie; a pizza is a pizza; we don’t curse as much–we have other words that are much worse. Some of us are “older” Jersey girls who are strong-minded and willed. We don’t pump gas anywhere if there is someone else to do it. A piece of pie is just what it says it is and it should be cherry for me. Pizza is another word (Italian) for pie so don’t mix the two up. And by the way, we live in “West” Jersey–the original South Jersey.
